All deadlines are by 5:00 PM HST unless otherwise stated:

• MCHCA entries are due by 7/1/26

• Participant shirt sizes are due by 8/1/26

• Registration closes Friday 9/1/26

• All fees due by Friday 9/1/26

• All names, DOBs, and HCRA ID numbers are due by 9/1/26

• Final escort boat information is due by 9/1/26

• Canoe information (name of canoe, color, etc) is due by registration check-in

International/mainland crews/Maui crews – Thursday, September 17, 2026 4:00pm-7:00pm @ Naluʻs South Shore Grill in Kihei

All Neighbor-island/all crews – Friday, September 18, 2026 11:00am-3:00pm @ Honokahua Beach

Note: There is NO registration on this day, crews must be done in advance and completed online. THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL, you MUST check in and submit any outstanding paperwork/fees in order to receive your race decal.
