Registration Information

  • Entry fees are $750 per entry + $40 per paddler over 6 paddlers.

    Once we reach our maximum of 80 crews, we will close registration – NO EXCEPTIONS. We will not maintain a waiting list.

    Information needed for crew registration in order to secure your entry:

    • Contact information for the person submitting registration

    • Association/Club information

    • Canoe class (Unlimited/Hawaiian)

    • Crew Division (Male/Female/Mixed/Iron/Relay/Age)

    • Entry Fee

    Information NOT needed to secure your entry, but due by 9/1/2025:

    • Paddler names

    • Paddler date of birth

    • Paddler HCRA ID numbers

    • Canoe information (name, color, shipping and towing logistics)

    • Escort information (HA number, vessel name, length, captain, boat helper, etc)

    • Waivers

    • Non-HCRA paddlers need honorary forms or COI

    Please note the following:

    • All information can be edited up until 9/1/25

    • How you enter the information is how it will appear on the entry list, results, published results, public listings, etc. Check your spelling!

  • International/mainland crews – Wednesday, September 10, 2025 4:00pm-7:00pm @ Hawaiian Canoe Club Hale, Hoaloha Park

    Maui crews – Thursday, September 11, 2025 4:00pm-7:00pm @ Hawaiian Canoe Club Hale, Hoaloha Park

    All Neighbor-island/all crews – Friday, September 12, 2025 11:00am-3:00pm @ MBC - Outrigger Kaanapali Beach Resort

    Note: There is NO registration on this day, crews must be done in advance and completed online. THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL, you MUST check in and submit any outstanding paperwork/fees in order to receive your race decal.

  • Friday, September 12, 2025 at 5:00pm at DT Fleming Beach Park – race start location.

    Attendance is mandatory. All crews must have at least ONE steersman or coach present. If a crew is not represented, their entry will be forfeited without refund.
